I initially wrote this novella for the subscribers of my mailing list.
They loved it, but wanted to own it in eBook format.
So, here it is.

I’ve struggled with Tama’s story, because I have a restorative nature. I can’t help fixing things and that includes my characters.
A lovely reader recently asked if I’d consider giving him a sweetheart and letting him get married. Maybe give him a child or two.

The trouble with Tama is that he resists my efforts to make him happy.
I’m coming to the conclusion that my version of contentment and his are very different.

I will write Tama’s full story one day. But only when I’m sure I completely understand him and can do his life justice.

Phoenix Du Rose, on the other hand, is an open book.
I loved writing this next novel, which is a full length account of Phoenix’s coming of age.
